Goodbye highschool. Hello SUMMER!
I'm so ecstatic to finally have finished this chapter in my life. It's been quite the journey, I must say. I've accomplished many things these past 4 years, and I've met so many amazing people. Although I'm going to miss my friends incredibly, I'm beyond ready to begin the next big step in my art career. In the Fall, I will be attending the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. I can't wait to see what MIAD has to offer for me, and I hope you all will continue on this journey with me. :) This summer I plan on being a lot more active with my site, blog, and store. Who is Kati?
Kati Treu is a character designer, storyteller, and toy maker with a passion for TV animation and toys (particularly dolls & plush). Her characters are bold and quirky with a dash of humor. She graduated from MIAD in 2019 with a BFA in Illustration and is located in her hometown, Madison, WI. Currently, she works at Huntress where she helps make Security Awareness Training (SAT) cartoons with an awesome team of animators. Archives
